Supine Trunk Rotation Stretch
Setup
- Lie on your back with your arms spread at your sides, knees bent, and feet on the floor.
Instructions
- Lift your feet and slowly rotate your legs to the side as far as you can and hold.
- Alternate sides and repeat.
Tips
- You should feel a stretch in your glutes and lateral hip region.
- You can leave your feet on the floor and rotate legs for less intense stretch.
