Standing Stretch Shoulder External Rotation
Setup
- Stand in a doorframe.
- Bend the elbow of your affected arm and place the palm of your hand on the doorframe while keeping your elbow close to your body.
Instructions
- Rotate your body away from the doorjamb until you feel a stretch in the shoulder.
- Return to the starting position.
Tips
- You should feel a stretch in the front part of your shoulder and armpit.
