Standing Stretch Shoulder External Rotation

Setup

  • Stand in a doorframe.
  • Bend the elbow of your affected arm and place the palm of your hand on the doorframe while keeping your elbow close to your body.

Instructions

  • Rotate your body away from the doorjamb until you feel a stretch in the shoulder.
  • Return to the starting position.

Tips

  • You should feel a stretch in the front part of your shoulder and armpit.
