Standing Fire Hydrant With Band

Setup

  • Place loop of band around both thighs above your knees.

Instructions

  • Bend the knee of the prescribed side and lift thigh outward against the resistance of the banc.
  • Slowly return to start position and repeat as prescribed.

Tips

  • Keeping hips and pelvis level during the movement.
  • You should feel this in your glutes and the outside of your hip.
