Squat With Overhead Press
Setup
- Begin standing with feet hip width apart and dumbbells held at shoulder level.
Instructions
- Move into a squatting position and keep weights at shoulder level.
- As you begin to stand from the squat push the weights overhead.
- As you return to the squat position slowly lower weights to shoulder height.
- Repeat as prescribed.
Tips
- You should feel this in your quads, glutes, and shoulders.
