Squat With Overhead Press

Setup

  • Begin standing with feet hip width apart and dumbbells held at shoulder level.

Instructions

  • Move into a squatting position and keep weights at shoulder level.
  • As you begin to stand from the squat push the weights overhead.
  • As you return to the squat position slowly lower weights to shoulder height.
  • Repeat as prescribed.

Tips

  • You should feel this in your quads, glutes, and shoulders.
