Single Leg Squat Wall Tap

Setup

  • Begin standing on one leg with heels 8 to 12 inches from wall.

Instructions

  • Sit back toward wall slowly until your buttock just touches the wall.
  • Return to start position and repeat as prescribed.

Tips

  • Be sure the maintain alignment of the hips, knees and ankles during movement.
  • You should feel this in your quads and glutes.
