Sciatic Nerve Glide
Setup
- Start lying on your back with your knees bent so your feet are flat.
Instructions
- Bend the hip of the affected leg until the thigh is vertical then hold behind the knee with both hands.
- While keeping the thigh vertical, straighten your knee and simultaneously point your toes toward the ceiling.
- Now bend your knee, flex the foot, and bring the toes towards the knee.
- Repeat as prescribed.

- You should feel this in the back of your leg.
