Radial Nerve Glide

Setup

  • Start in a standing position with your arms at your sides.

Instructions

  • Make a fist by positioning the thumb of your affected arm underneath the other fingers.
  • Rotate your arm inward (toward body) at the shoulder.
  • Bring your ear towards the shoulder of your affected side as you reach arm straight back.
  • Reverse the movement and tip your ear towards the opposite shoulder and bring your arm forward.
  • Repeat as prescribed.

Tips

  • You should feel this in your thumb, index finger, and forearm.
