Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch
Setup
- Begin in kneeling position
Instructions
- Keep the knee of the leg you want to stretch on the floor and bring the other leg in front of you so the foot is flat on the floor
- Gently shift your weight toward your front leg so that your back leg is slightly extended behind you.
Tips
- Ensure that your back is in a neutral position and trunk is upright throughout the stretch.
- You should feel this stretch near the top of your thigh and the front of your hip.
