Bilateral Shoulder External Rotation

Setup

  • Stand with your elbows bent at 90°, holding the band in each hand.

Instructions

  • Rotate your arms outward against the resistance of the band as you keep your elbows at your side.
  • Return slowly to the start position.

Tips

  • You should feel this near the back side of your shoulders.
  • Starting with tension in the band between your hands will increase the intensity of the movement.
