Bilateral Shoulder External Rotation
Setup
- Stand with your elbows bent at 90°, holding the band in each hand.
Instructions
- Rotate your arms outward against the resistance of the band as you keep your elbows at your side.
- Return slowly to the start position.
Tips
- You should feel this near the back side of your shoulders.
- Starting with tension in the band between your hands will increase the intensity of the movement.
