Bent Over Single Arm Row- Supported on Bench
Setup
- Begin with hand on the bench directly beneath the shoulder and the same knee bent on the bench.
Instructions
- Your other foot should be positioned on the floor such that your hips are level.
- With desired weight in free hand, pull the weight up toward your trunk in a rowing motion.
- Slowly lower back to starting position and repeat as prescribed.
Tips
- You should feel this in the muscles of your posterior shoulder and shoulder blades.
